Kleine Anfrage wie folgt:

Frage:
Wie viele Personen mussten in den Jahren 2010 bis 2016 in Sachsen aufgrund
 rechtsstaatswidriger Verfahrensverzögerungen oder konkret wegen
 Überschreitung der Fristenregelung der gg 121 ff. StPO aus der Untersuchungshaft
 entlassen werden? (Bitte aufschlüsseln nach Straftatbestand
